• Usage data: platform interactions, messages, mission applications
• Payment data: processed securely through Stripe — we never store credit card details

When you search for missions or freelancers with our AI agents, results are ranked using the information already in your account: your profile (skills, rate, location, availability, experience) or your company's active missions, and the missions or profiles you already applied to, invited or declined.

Each search is also recorded — what you asked for, the criteria used and the results shown — so that the themes you search for repeatedly (for example a business domain or a skill) can lift matching results slightly. This is a form of profiling: it only ever uses your own history, is never shared with another account, never excludes a result on its own, and fades over time.

Your search history is kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically. You can see it, and delete it at any time, under Settings → Search history; above each list of results you can also remove any criterion, or broaden the search so that it is no longer ranked by your account.

We share data only with essential service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• OpenRouter / DeepSeek — AI model inference
• Redis — session and rate-limit management

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the platform. Usage logs and analytics data are retained for up to 12 months.

Notifications are kept for 90 days once read, and for 12 months while unread. The record that an email was sent to you (address, subject, date, delivery status — never its content) is kept for 30 days. Your search history is kept for 90 days. Deleting your account deletes all of them.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us through the platform.
